Binghamton – Frederick A. (Fred) Kephart of Binghamton, NY passed away peacefully Wednesday evening March 2, 2022 after a extended sickness that he battled valiantly and with his usual Combating spirit each and every day. Fred had just celebrated his 78th birthday on February 3rd with loved ones, food and a race to see who identified as him initially. We will don’t forget him for his love of fishing with his several buddies, his creative genius and the potential to repair or make just about anything, his perform ethic and tricky driving spirit, his time at their camp in Cape Vincent with his boat, and his appreciate of warmth and sunshine in his condominium in Clearwater Florida. The most important pleasure of his lifetime has been the addition of his fantastic grandchildren Nora Rood, Rhea Rood and Cora Collins. Fred is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Jack (Bev) Kephart, Ted Kephart, Paulette (Gary) Fast, Pat (Jim) Brewer, Cindy (Paul) Pickering, sisters-in-law Joey Kephart, Carmie Kephart, his mother-in-regulation Margaret Pitel, his Sister-in-regulation Mary Jo and Fred Lucas and a lot of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his moms and dads Dorothy and John Kephart, his brothers Tommy, Jerry and Chuck Kephart and sister-in-regulation Carol Kephart and niece Jeanne Bronson.
