Binghamton – Frederick A. (Fred) Kephart of Binghamton, NY passed away peacefully Wednesday evening March 2, 2022 after a extended sickness that he battled valiantly and with his usual Combating spirit each and every day. Fred had just celebrated his 78th birthday on February 3rd with loved ones, food and a race to see who identified as him initially. Fred is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Jack (Bev) Kephart, Ted Kephart, Paulette (Gary) Fast, Pat (Jim) Brewer, Cindy (Paul) Pickering, sisters-in-law Joey Kephart, Carmie Kephart, his mother-in-regulation Margaret Pitel, his Sister-in-regulation Mary Jo and Fred Lucas and a lot of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his moms and dads Dorothy and John Kephart, his brothers Tommy, Jerry and Chuck Kephart and sister-in-regulation Carol Kephart and niece Jeanne Bronson.
