Paxton reported the university district ought to attain parental authorization ahead of any scholar is matter to instruction concerning human sexuality.

Or, worse, your district is cynically pushing a week-prolonged indoctrination of your learners that not only fails to get hold of parental consent, but subtly cuts dad and mom out of the loop,” Paxton stated. “Either way, you are breaking condition law.”
Paxton reported that parents can file problems in opposition to the faculty district with the university board and the Texas Education Agency.
