Democrats push bill to legalize, regulate weed

FRANKFORT — Democratic condition legislators filed bills Thursday to legalize, regulate and tax cannabis sales in Kentucky — a single of just 13 states with a complete prohibition on both equally healthcare and recreational cannabis.

The similar costs submitted in the Household and Senate — sponsored by Rep. Rachel Roberts of Newport and Sens.
