Break Out With a Positive Attitude and the Law of Attraction

Fear is not your friend. It doesn’t make you feel good and it doesn’t direct you to act in a manner that will help you move towards your goals. Fear is your enemy. It will make you sick and make your dreams pass you right by like a speeding train in the night.

Why do you hang onto it? Is it because you believe that you don’t deserve to feel good? Is it because you don’t believe you can have what you want?

When you think that way, that your life has to be filled with dread and uncertainty, then, thanks to the great Law of Attraction, that’s exactly what you get- a life of fear and dread.

Just for a moment stop and think. Say to yourself, “What has thinking this way gotten me so far? Am I happy-no. Do I have a positive attitude-no. Do I like getting up in the morning dreading the day and feeling like I don’t even want to get out of bed-no.”

So why don’t we change it up a little? It could go something like this…

You get up in the morning and look around. You are grateful for the bed you sleep in (some people don’t even have a bed) You are grateful for that hot cup of coffee. You put a big smile on your face just thinking of all the possibilities that await you. You think to yourself that you will put your best foot forward today at work and smile even if no one else is. You make a promise to yourself to say something nice to everyone you meet (yes even your boss.)

And now you keep your promise!

Smile at Rebecca in accounting even if she doesn’t smile back. Make a point of asking Ron how his father is feeling (you heard he’s ill) Pour a cup of coffee for John if you see his hands are full with the day’s reports.

Because when you start acting in a more positive way people will start responding back to you the same way.

Have you ever been in a really bad mood and have somebody smile at you and say hello? How do you feel after they’ve done that? A little better, right? So why not do the same for someone else?

Negative thinking and looking for the worst to happen pretty much ensures you that it WILL happen. But when you start to frame things differently you’ll find your world will become a more positive place in which to live.

What have you got to lose? Try it! The only thing you may lose is that fear and dread, and is that such a bad thing?
